It a cold, snowy and freezing rain day here in Kingston. So I decided to do a wire melt in the kiln. special wire is stretched across some fire bricks and the fusing glass of various shapes colours and seizes are added. most of the glass is clear with some colours. The kiln will eventually heat up to 1550 degrees and the glass will melt like honey through the wire. In the morning when all has cooled down we will see what we get. It’s always a surprise
